The reducer should be added with the same brand of oil as the original, and cannot be mixed with oil of different brands. Oils of the same brand but different viscosities are allowed to be mixed; 2. When changing the oil, there is no danger of scalding when the reducer cools down, but it must be kept warm, because the viscosity of the oil increases after it is completely cooled, and it is difficult to drain the oil. Note: Cut off the power supply of the transmission to prevent accidental power-on; 3. During work, when it is found that the oil temperature rises above 80°C or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100°C and there is abnormal noise, the operation should be stopped. Check the cause, you must remove the fault and replace the lubricating oil before continuing to run. 4. The user must have reasonable use and maintenance rules and regulations, and carefully record the operation of the reducer and the problems found in the inspection. The above provisions should be strictly enforced. maintain: Selection of grease When selecting the grease according to the bearing load of the traveling reducer, the grease with a small penetration should be selected for heavy load. When working under high pressure, in addition to small penetration, it also requires high oil film strength and extreme pressure function. Calcium-based grease has good water resistance and is not easy to emulsify and deteriorate when passing through water. It can be used for lubrication of various mechanical parts in wet environment or in contact with water. When selecting grease according to operating temperature, the main indicators should be dropping point, oxidation stability and low temperature function. The dropping point can generally be used to evaluate the high temperature function, and the actual working temperature of the bearing should be 10-20°C lower than the dropping point. The operating temperature of synthetic grease should be 20-30°C lower than the dropping point. Different lubricants must not be mixed with each other. The position of the oil level plug, oil drain plug and breather hole is determined by the installation position.
